A Payables Manager oversees an organization's accounts payable department, ensuring that all outgoing payments to vendors and suppliers are accurate, timely, and compliant with company policies. They manage staff, implement procedures to streamline invoice processing, and maintain relationships with external vendors. Additionally, Payables Managers often collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and help improve the company's cash flow management.
