* Prepare, edit, and format letters, reports, presentations, and executive materials
* Coordinate Board and Annual Meeting materials; assist with Annual Report content Financial & Bookkeeping Support * Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
* Reconcile reports and accounts monthly; help organize year-end close, audit prep, filings
* Monitor budgets, cash flow, expenses; assist with insurance renewals and vendor contracts Shareholder Relations & Records * Maintain official shareholder records and database in compliance with State, federal, and ANCSA requirements
* Coordinate mailings, election materials, proxies, and announcements
