Paving Operator – Full Service Paving

Full Service Paving is looking for a skilled and motivated Paving Operator to join our team for the 2026 paving season! We specialize in residential and commercial paving, sealcoating, line striping, excavation, and asphalt repairs across St. Lawrence, Jefferson, Franklin, Essex, Clinton, and Lewis counties. If you have experience operating paving equipment and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

✅ Operate asphalt paving equipment, including pavers, rollers, and skid steers
Lead a paving crew to achieve top-quality paving projects
✅ Assist with grading, leveling, and compacting surfaces for proper installation
✅ Ensure proper paving techniques for a smooth, durable finish
✅ Work efficiently with the crew to complete projects on time and with high quality

Qualifications:

✔️ Experience operating paving equipment (preferred)
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
✔️ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
