ABC Parking Lot Services LLC is looking for a skilled Roller Operator to join our hardworking crew in Pontiac, MI! This is a hands-on opportunity to be part of a team that takes pride in delivering smooth, high-quality paving results for customers across the region. Responsibilities:

Operate vibratory or static rollers to compact asphalt and base materials on parking lots and paved surfaces

Work alongside paving crews to ensure proper compaction density and smooth surface finishes

Perform pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance checks on roller equipment

Follow job site safety protocols and traffic control procedures

Communicate effectively with crew leaders and flaggers to coordinate paving operations

Maintain awareness of grade, slope, and surface quality during compaction passes

Keep equipment clean and report any mechanical issues to the supervisor

Requirements:

Prior experience operating a roller, paver

Basic understanding of asphalt compaction techniques and paving operations

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat and cold

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
