• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately determine each client's unique mental health needs.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with individual client goals, ensuring that they are practical and evidence-based.
• Provide virtual therapy sessions using our secure telehealth platform, utilizing scientifically-supported methodologies to guide your practice.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment effectiveness, regularly reviewing and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, conferences, and training sessions to remain current with best practices and industry standards.

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Your practice will emphasize culturally competent care, ensuring that services are tailored to meet the unique backgrounds and experiences of each individual.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is a must.
• Active California license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC is required for this role.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating a solid understanding of therapy practices and client care.
• Proficiency in evidence-based practices and commitment to culturally competent care.

• Experience working with diverse populations, emphasizing inclusivity and understanding in your approach.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy sessions.
• Background in specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy) is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
