Job description

Position Summary
  • We're looking for a compassionate, Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support our mission of restoring function and rebuilding lives.
  • In this role, you'll work closely with our Physical Therapists to provide personalized treatment that empowers patients-while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic, fast-paced outpatient setting.
What You'll Do Patient-Focused Care
  • Support patients and staff in delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatments
  • Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and mobility training
  • Ensure a safe, respectful, and confidential environment at all times
  • Motivate and assist patients in achieving their rehab goals
  • Educate patients on proper movement patterns and recovery practices
  • Perform accurate and efficient documentation using a state of the art EMR system
Clinic Support & Coordination
  • Help with treatment setup and daily clinic operations
  • Keep the clinic clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and support front desk tasks as needed
Outreach & Marketing
  • Assist with clinic promotions-making calls or visits to physicians, local businesses, and schools
  • Represent the clinic at community wellness events and outreach opportunities
What You Bring
  • Active Wisconsin PTA License
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience preferred (but new grads with passion are encouraged to apply!)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • A warm, team-oriented mindset and a deep respect for diverse cultures
