Requirement/Must Have:

  • 10+ years of experience in Data Architecture.
  • 5+ years of experience in Databricks Architecture.
  • 4+ years of experience in BI platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and govern enterprise data architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Design scalable and high-performance data platforms supporting reporting, analytics, and advanced data use cases.
  • Architect end-to-end data solutions spanning data ingestion, transformation, storage, governance, and consumption layers.
  • Develop data modernization roadmaps and migration strategies from legacy platforms to modern cloud-based architectures.
  • Establish architectural principles for data quality, security, governance, metadata management, and master data management.
  • Lead the architecture and design of enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Define semantic models, data marts, reporting layers, and KPI frameworks.
  • Provide architectural guidance for self-service analytics and enterprise reporting initiatives.
  • Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and usability of BI platforms.
  • Architect robust ETL/ELT frameworks and data integration solutions.
  • Design scalable data pipelines supporting batch and near real-time processing.
  • Define data integration patterns across ERP, CRM, cloud, and third-party applications.
  • Guide engineering teams on best practices for data modeling, pipeline design, orchestration, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and functional teams to understand data and reporting requirements.

Skills:

  • Expert-level architecture experience in Power BI and Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Reporting Architecture, Semantic Layer Design, Dashboard and Visualization Best Practices, and Performance Optimization.
  • Strong architecture and implementation experience with Informatica PowerCenter / IICS.
  • Expertise in ETL/ELT Design Patterns, Data Integration Architecture, Data Transformation Frameworks, Data Quality and Reconciliation.
  • Experience designing cloud-based analytics solutions.
