Security Officer Patrol Driver

As an Unarmed Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Position Type: Part Time - VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE REQUIRED 1+ YEAR WITH CLEAN DRIVING RECORD

Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTime Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and report concerns according to site procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, offices, parking areas, loading docks, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
  • Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and help maintain orderly entry and exit procedures for personnel, vendors, and deliveries.
  • Complete required reports, maintain accurate daily activity logs, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
