????️ About the Role:

Eagles Point Security is seeking professional and reliable Patrol Drivers to join our growing team. As a Route-Based Patrol Driver, you’ll be responsible for visiting 10+ client properties per shift, providing visible security, enforcing community rules, and responding to incidents — all while documenting activities through mobile reporting.

???? Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine patrols across multiple client properties.

  • Address community concerns: noise, parking enforcement, trespassing, vandalism, etc.

  • Complete detailed, time-stamped reports through mobile reporting software.

  • Operate and maintain a company-assigned patrol vehicle.

  • Manage your time effectively and follow a designated route schedule.

  • Coordinate with supervisors for incidents that may delay the route.

  • Uphold professional communication with community members and dispatch.

✅ Requirements:
  • Valid CA Driver’s License. Maximum of 1 point on driving record (copy required to interview).

  • Valid Guard Card issued by BSIS (required).

  • 1+ year of experience in private security (patrol preferred).

  • Strong verbal/written communication and attention to detail.

  • Tech-savvy: must be comfortable using reporting apps and GPS tracking.

  • Available to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.

  • Able to walk properties, inspect areas, and perform light physical tasks.

  • Must be able to remain on duty until properly relieved or the route is complete.
