What Qualifications do you need to be a security guard for us:
- Must have a valid California Guard Card (check out https://www.bsis.ca.gov/ and www.BLineSecurity.com to obtain one)
- Must have a valid Drivers License
- Must have reliable transportation to East Bay Area
- Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English clearly
- Appearance: No offensive tattoos, no face tattoos, no facial piercings, no plugs, must be willing to adhere to the companies and clients dress codes.

Our sites generally are located within a 50 mile radius of Concord. We are especially looking for officers who can do patrol driving. We offer standing guards, special event guards, and site checks or patrol stops.

We have many positions available for reliable, professional, and driven individuals. Pay is competitive for the area and often is above average. It is based upon the pay rate of the individual sites - but none pay less than $16.50. We also pay a generous uniform maintenance and equipment allowance per hour worked and a HIRING BONUS (after probation).
