Hardscape Technician Job Description:

The type of work that this position will be involved in includes but is not limited to installation of paver walkways and patio’s, retaining & garden walls, concrete forming and installation, excavation, and fine grading
The following job description describes the tasks that are expected of our Hardscape Technicians and the qualifications required for this position. The type of work that this position will be involved in includes but is not limited to installation of paver walkways and patio’s, retaining & garden walls, concrete forming and installation, excavation, and fine grading. The hardscape division works closely with the other divisions of the company to ensure project completion.
Job Duties
• Operate power tools safely (saws, grinders, etc.)
• Work with various types of hardscape materials (natural stone and man made products)
• Follow provided plans from supervisor to set specifications
• Work in cooperation with team members and other crews on site
• Be able to carry heavy objects
• Follow instructions, communicate effectively, complete tasks in a timely manner, and follow daily reporting practices
• Be able to complete tasks in various weather conditions (high heat in summer, low temperatures in winter)
• Be available for snow removal services in the winter

Requirements:

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, DOT certification or ability to obtain one, CDL license is a big plus.
