Job description

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour

Job description:

We are a family owned business looking for a Lead Hardscape/Landscape Installer. Must have experience in hardscape and/or masonry trades. Skill set should include retaining walls, patios, fireplaces, brick, block, and stonework, etc. Must have experience with landscape installation to include but not limited to: Sod, Mulch, and Planting. Must demonstrate competence and efficiency on the job. We're looking for someone who is able to work alone or with a team. This position requires managing a crew of landscapers as well as working alongside them. Must be able to follow a daily schedule and side work schedule as well as follow directions. Attention to detail is also important to succeed in this position. Punctuality is taken seriously here as well as attendance.

If we offer you the position, you will start off as a helper for a few months until your review which will determine when you are ready to become a crew leader.

- Minimum 2 yrs experience in hardscape or masonry trade
