The CNA Certified plays a vital role in providing essential support and care within a long-term care facility. Primarily working day shifts, the CNA assists patients with daily living activities and collaborates closely with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care tailored to each patient's needs. Patient-to-CNA ratios vary by shift, with the CNA focusing on general care rather than specialized medical areas.

Required Qualifications
