Job description

Medical Records Tech

Alliance Health Center is looking for a PRN-as needed Medical Records Tech. This is not a remote position. Under the direction of the HIM director, this employee is responsible for performing discharge analysis of each discharge, identification of deficiencies, release of information and general medical record functions. Performs all duties within the department to ensure the success of the HIM team and adherence to hospital policies.
