As a Psychiatric Registered Nurse in Home Health, you will deliver professional nursing care directly in patients' homes. You assess their needs, develop personalized care plans, implement treatment strategies, and evaluate outcomes to ensure high-quality, compassionate care for each individual.
Primary Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
Recent experience in psychiatric nursing within the last five years OR documentation of psychiatric retraining or continuing education (CEUs)
Must possess one of the following levels of experience and education:
A RN with a Master's degree with a specialty in psychiatric or mental health nursing and licensed in the state where practicing would qualify. The RN must have nursing experience (recommended within the last 3 years) in an acute treatment unit in a psychiatric hospital, psychiatric home care, psychiatric partial hospitalization program or other outpatient psychiatric services.
A RN with a Bachelor's degree in nursing and licensed in the state where practicing would qualify. The RN must have 1 year of recent nursing experience (recommended within the last 3 years) in an acute treatment unit in a psychiatric hospital, psychiatric home care, psychiatric partial hospitalization program, or other outpatient psychiatric services.
A RN with a Diploma or Associate degree in nursing and licensed in the state where practicing would qualify. The RN must have 2 years of recent nursing experience (recommended within the last 3 years) in an acute treatment unit in a psychiatric hospital, psychiatric home care, psychiatric partial hospitalization program, or other outpatient psychiatric services.

The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.27 to $50.48 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
