Position Summary:

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a learningoriented, supportfocused role within the Inside Sales organization. The position is responsible for performing essential administrative sales and customer support tasks while developing foundational knowledge of products, systems, and sales processes.

This role supports the Inside Sales Teams through transactional execution and guided exposure to accountrelated activities. The role is designed to build readiness for future roles; advancement is encouraged and is based on demonstrated readiness, performance, and business needs.

Salary Range:$18.00 - $20.00

Job Function:
  • Process and execute customer orders and quotations in accordance with departmental procedures
  • Handle incoming internal and external customer calls and inquiries
  • Provide general customer service and sales support
  • Maintain customer account data and sales databases with current and accurate customer requirements
  • Liaise between customers and internal departments to support accurate and timely fulfillment
  • Identify customer issues or constraints and escalate appropriately for resolution
  • Assist with preparation of pricing review materials for management consideration
  • Support documentation and followup related to customer contracts and agreements
  • Assist with new customer account setup and administrative maintenance
  • Follow up on samples, quotes, and web inquiries as directed to support opportunity development
  • Provide limited, taskbased operational support to Inside Sales teams as needed
  • Participate in training, coaching, and development activities to build foundational understanding of systems, processes, and general product awareness

Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or 2+ years' sales-related experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with ERP/CRM related software preferred

  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work in a deadlinedriven environment
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
