Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative takes incoming calls from warehouse customers to deliver goods from warehouse inventory. The Customer Service Representative is a customer minded, service oriented, detailed person, able to multi-task and make decisions that help serve our customer's goals. This is a 24 x 7 operation and the position requires the individual to be flexible to do shift work, weekends and holidays. Requirements include high quality customer service skills, detail oriented for our customers success, good computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Outlook), good typing skills (minimum requirement of 25 wpm). Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm. Education: Training will be 7:00 to 4:00 if required.
