This opportunity is full-time during first shift.

In this role, you will:

  • Greet and check in patients as they enter the Patient Service Center.
  • Answer the phone and direct calls as needed in a timely manner.
  • Enter patients accurately into the laboratory computer systems.
  • Provide a high level of customer service.
  • Assist Phlebotomists with gathering tubes and supplies needed for drawing patients.
  • Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.

All you need is:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A valid driver's license and an excellent driving record for the past three years.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer and data entry skills

This role will have routine access to Protected Health Information (PHI). Employees will be trained on reasonable safeguards and are expected to maintain strict confidentiality, as well as abide by all applicable privacy and security standards. Employees are expected only to access PHI when it is required to fulfill job duties.
