Description
Patient Relations Manager bridges the gap between patients and Administration/Medical Staff, they investigate patient complaints, ensure excellent care, and protect patient rights. This role de-escalates stressful situations and helps a medical facility run smoothly.
Must have the ability to speak clearly and be appropriately comprehended, must have the ability to comprehend and be a good listener, must have the ability to respond to common inquires or complaints from customers, or members of the community, must have excellent customer service relations skills and the ability to deal courteously and effectively with all levels of hospital personnel as well as the general public.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or similar field, 2 to 3 years working in a healthcare or customer service setting, 5 years of management experience, Bi-lingual preferred (Chinese/Spanish), Excellent phone etiquette, proficient in MS office.
