Job Overview: Pay Range: $18.81hr - $23.81hr Requirement/Must Have: Strong computer proficiency and technical aptitude. Excellent data entry and administrative skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills. Effective written communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated and dependable. Associate's degree or equivalent in a related field. 2-4 years of experience required. Responsibilities: Gather and verify patient data and perform data entry. Collect missing information from external customers including hospital staff and doctor offices. Review and evaluate patient and event information received, gathering additional data to determine if events should be forwarded to the Complaint Department. Perform peer auditing of Implant Patient Registry (IPR) data. Sort and organize incoming mail by date. Print and mail Implant Patient ID cards. Respond and answer basic patient registry questions. Participate in projects and identify potential improvement opportunities to optimize processes for supervisor review. Develop a solid understanding of team processes and systems within the first 90 days. Achieve proficiency in handling standard workflows independently. Contribute to backlog reduction and productivity goals. Nice to Have: Experience in healthcare, biotechnology, or other regulated industries. Familiarity with medical terminology. Previous experience in office administration or customer service. Skills: Ability to type 55 wpm accurately. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal relationship skills. Knowledge of complaint, HIPAA, and GDP regulations. Basic knowledge of medical terminology. Good problem-solving skills. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. Ability to interact professionally with internal customers. Ability to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams. Ability to provide feedback in a professional, direct, and tactful manner. Qualification And Education: Associate's degree or equivalent in a related field. 2-4 years of relevant professional experience.
