Work Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Office Location: 2901 TRANSPORT ST ALBUQUERQUE NM

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from patients and providers regarding appointments (approximately 60-80 calls a day) and general inquiries
  • Greet and assist patients in person and by phone, ensuring a positive and compassionate patient experience
  • Schedule appointments, verify insurance eligibility, and obtain required authorizations
  • Register patients accurately by collecting and updating demographic, insurance, and medical information
  • Collect copays and outstanding balances while explaining billing and payment options
  • Communicate effectively with clinical staff to coordinate patient flow and resolve questions or concerns
  • Other duties, as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
