We are seeking a Clinical Liaison Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. In this role, you will collaborate closely with case managers and discharge planners to facilitate and process home infusion referrals from both hospital systems and independent practices.

As a key representative of Emerging Health, youโ€™ll also have the opportunity to leverage your communication skills to educate and engage new and existing referral sourcesโ€”demonstrating the value and benefits of partnering with us for unmatched home infusion services.

Job type: Full-time. Hyrid in hospital and clinical setting.

Pay range: $100,000 - $118,000.00 annually (depending on experience)

Position responsibilities:

1. Provide clinical education and manage marketing services to clinics, hospitals, and physician referral sources.

2. Assess and coordinate, in partnership with Case Managers and Discharge Planners, home infusion services to assist with determining the plan of care administered by Emerging Health, under the direction of the patientโ€™s provider.

3. Conduct patient assessments to identify patients for potential admission to services.

4. Assist with providing patient and caregiver training on therapy, monitoring, and side effects; demonstrate procedure for administering therapy in the home, with a return demonstration from the patient / caregiver.

5. Maintain and grow facility customer relationships and provide responsive customer service with assigned accounts; evaluate current and future clinical and service needs for existing and new accounts.

6. Conduct in-services and continuing education programs for referral sources and / or their support staff, partner with the Manager of Pharmacy and Customer Strategy on presentations to current and potential accounts.

7. Meet or exceed quarterly revenue and referral sales goals.

8. Other duties as assigned.

Required skills:

1. Registered Nurse (RN) License in Oregon and Washington required.

2. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, healthcare administration, nursing, or another related field strongly preferred.

3. Valid driver's license.

4. Minimum two (2) years of former healthcare sales experience strongly preferred.

5. Extensive healthcare sales work experience may be considered in lieu of bachelor's degree.

6. Knowledge of the Infusion Nursing standards (INS) and nursing process
