Salary Range: $45-60 based on experience

Available Schedules: 12-hour rotation

Shift Differentials: Night (NOC)

Sign-on Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on experience

As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients through direct interaction and ensuring that care and services enable patients to achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs through continuous evaluation and adjusting care plans based on any changes in the patient's condition. Daily, you will also provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
  • Nursing diploma (associateโ€™s or bachelorโ€™s degree in nursing)
  • Currently licensed/registered in the applicable state. Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
  • Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
  • CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation. CPR certification must remain current throughout employment.

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients
