Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, meeting our stringent quality standards. Our ideal candidate is a vibrant individual with a passion for patient care, dedicated to ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our patients. Exceptional communication skills are essential for success in our collaborative, fast-paced, and demanding work environment. This is a full-time position based in one of our clinics.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Ensuring compliance with all health care regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA and OSHA
  • Demonstrating clinical competency as an RN, including but not limited to: administering medications, setting up a sterile field, and sterilizing equipment
  • Communicating effectively with other providers regarding daily clinical and surgical schedules to coordinate care
  • Effectively documenting clinical and surgical chart notes appropriately and accurately
  • Ensuring the highest level of patient care and patient service is provided at all times
  • Consistently following policies and procedures to ensure positive patient outcomes
  • Increasing physician's overall patient retention by providing the highest quality patient care and patient experience
  • Completing other projects and/or duties and assume various responsibilities as determined by Clinical Leadership Members
Required Qualifications:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Current ACLS certification
  • Availability to work overtime/weekends as needed
  • Prioritize patient care and patient experience
  • Ability to succeed independently and as part of a team
  • Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a plastic surgery office is a big plus!
  • Ability to identify/solve problems and think outside of the box
  • Multitask effectively and be highly responsive to patients & team members
Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to sit or stand intermittently for the duration of a shift (8-12 hours)
  • Push/pull/lift up to 50 pounds
