Job description

Registered Nurse (Psychiatry) ย 

Location:ย Provo, UT or willing to relocate.
Schedule:ย Three 12-hour shifts per week | No Sundaysย 
Compensation:ย Competitive pay based on experienceย 

Deliver infusion-based psychiatric care in a supportive outpatient setting focused on patient safety, comfort, and balance.ย 
This role is well suited for RNs with strong IV skills who value meaningful patient interaction and a calm clinical environment.ย 

About the Roleย 

  • Provide psychiatric infusion care in an outpatient clinic settingย 
  • Monitor patients closely to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate treatmentย 
  • Support a patient-centered experience throughout each visitย 

Key Responsibilitiesย 

  • Administer ketamine infusions via IV while following established protocolsย 
  • Monitor patient responses and provide reassurance throughout treatmentย 
  • Educate patients and families on the infusion process and expectationsย 
  • Maintain thorough, compliant clinical documentationย 
  • Follow medication safety, sterile technique, and infection control standardsย 
  • Assistย with telehealth support when not administering infusionsย 
  • Remain flexible and collaborate with team members as neededย 

Requirements (Must-Haves)ย 

  • Current, active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licenseย 
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing programย 
  • Strong IV placement and management skillsย 
  • Knowledge of medications, sterileย techniques, and infection controlย 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsย 
  • Ability to adapt in a collaborative outpatient clinical environmentย
