Job Summary
The Nurse must represent the RELIVE brand and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The Nurse role requires patient care and education regarding IV Vitamin therapy as well as hormone replacement therapy, as well as administering treatments to patients
Responsibilities
  • Administer IV Vitamin Therapy, and shots to patients.
  • Performed venepuncture, accessed implanted ports, maintained peripheral IV lines
  • Perform infusions and monitor patient's status throughout the entire infusion as well as manage emergency reactions.
  • Perform blood draws as per the required instructions provided by the lab.
  • Follow state and nursing guidelines and standards
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary environment by applying principles of medical asepsis and infection control techniques and universal precautions
  • Liaise with admin and other medical team members pre and post-therapy and participate in shared decision making
  • Accurately use the online booking systems
  • Assist with callbacks to patients with questions.
  • Provided documentation to the Admin team for submission to EHR
  • Prepare and track inventory to maintain 100% in stock of supplies and Vitamin therapy.
  • Maintains up-to-date Nurse education including knowledge of the internet for IV Infusion
  • Completes other tasks within the scope of the registered nurse.
Qualifications
  • BA of science in nursing, an associate degree in nursing, or have graduated from an accredited and approved nursing program. Previous experience in IV Infusion is desirable. Certified in BLS and ACLS.
  • Critical thinking, compassionate, non-judgmental, with attention to detail, and organized. Calm under pressure and ability to work unsupervised.
  • Needs to be a patient listener, a good communicator, and demonstrate the ability to establish effective working relationships with other staff as well as with referral sources
  • Client confidentiality and discretion are essential.
