Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.
Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You'll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.

This position is represented by SEIU Local 121RN and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Three (3) to five (5) years current Labor & Delivery experience
  • Current CA RN license BLS ACLS and NRP certifications
  • Circulating for cesarean delivery experience required.
  • Certification in fetal monitoring is required within one (1) year of employment
  • Evidence of lactation support education required within one (1) year of employment required.

Preferred:

  • Spanish speaking experience preferred.
  • Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing preferred.  
  • Obstetrics specialty certification preferred.
