Job description

Our dedicated, patient-focused Home Health agency is seeking a Home Health RN Nurse Supervisor to join our growing team! You will be responsible for overseeing the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients while collaborating with our patient facing field Nurses.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid CA Nursing license
  • 3+ years RN experience
  • 2+ years Home Health experience
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent computer skills,

OUR NURSE CASE MANAGERS ENJOY:
