Description

Boone Memorial Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our dedicated anesthesia team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your expertise directly impacts patient outcomes across a wide range of procedures and acuity levels.

Position Summary

As a CRNA at Boone Memorial Health, you will provide comprehensive anesthesia care while working closely with surgeons, nurses, and clinical staff. We are looking for a confident, independent provider who values teamwork, professionalism, and high-quality patient care.

Essential Functions
  • Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments
  • Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care
  • Utilize advanced airway management and ventilation techniques
  • Provide sedation and pain management (acute and chronic)
  • Monitor patients intraoperatively using invasive and non-invasive techniques
  • Manage fluid balance, blood products, and pharmacologic therapies
  • Perform regional anesthesia techniques including spinal, epidural, and local blocks
  • Lead or assist in cardiopulmonary resuscitation when needed
  • Oversee post-anesthesia recovery and discharge readiness
