Job Summary

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care to join our skilled nursing facility. As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Pine Grove Manor Skilled Nursing, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction.


Shifts: 12 hours (day or night available)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment

  • Develop and ensure the nursing care plan and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants

  • Make nursing diagnoses, which serve as the basis for the strategy of care

  • Collaborate with the resident, members of the healthcare team, and other healthcare professionals

  • Record the administration of medication

  • Monitor assigned staff to ensure established safety regulations are followed and that all tasks are performed following all state and government regulations and safety procedures as outlined by the facility

  • Follow procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies

  • Perform other duties as directed

Qualifications

  • An active RN license in the state of Missouri

  • CPR/BLS certification

  • The desire to care for residents and act with integrity
