Join our dynamic team at Middle Tennessee Internal Medicine as a Front Desk Associate! In this vital role, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a warm welcome and efficient service in our busy Nashville clinic.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Manage appointment scheduling and patient check-in/check-out processes.

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with accurate information.

Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
