Your Role:
As the Patient Care Coordinator at Smiles by Farr, you will play a key role in providing a seamless patient experience by managing a variety of important tasks:
  • Reception Duties: Greet patients, answer phones, check patients in and out, handle insurance verifications, and manage appointment scheduling.
  • Present Treatment Options: Clearly present treatment plans and financial options to patients.
  • Remove Barriers to Care: Find ways to say "YES!" and help patients get started on their treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the Practice Manager to ensure smooth scheduling, patient follow-ups, and clear communication.
  • Meet and Exceed Goals: Be accountable for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  • Be a Culture Champion: Support and represent the company both verbally and through your actions.
  • Deliver Outstanding Service: Provide a “red carpet” experience to every patient, ensuring they feel heard, cared for, and valued.

Position Details:
  • Full-Time Position: Monday to Friday with some Saturday availability; there may be availability for a flexible split schedule!
