How you’ll make an impact in this role
  • Foster patient independence by providing compassionate assistance with daily living activities, ensuring every individual maintains their dignity and comfort.

  • Champion patient safety by observing and reporting vital changes in physical or emotional status, serving as a critical link between the patient and the nursing leadership.

  • Support clinical excellence by assisting with physician-ordered treatments under RN supervision, directly contributing to the patient’s recovery and care plan.

  • Create a healing environment by maintaining organized, serene patient spaces that promote wellness and reduce stress for both families and providers.


What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant credentialed from the state of Wisconsin, and in Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry with eligibility to work within a hospital setting obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Work Experience:

  • Previous CNA experience in a hospital setting preferred.
