Job description

Assists families and visitors in the Emergency Department, providing information and host services. Visit and assist Emergency Department patients with basic needs. Prepare exam rooms for next patient

Hours:Sunday - Saturday: 11:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Please note: Mayo Clinic has requirements for volunteering. Below is a list of some of these requirements.

  • Completion of background checks
  • Tuberculosis testing
  • Proof of other immunizations (This will vary by state and volunteer role)

If you choose to not complete these requirements you will not be able serve as a volunteer.
