Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Patient Billing Representative to join our healthcare team. This role is responsible for managing patient billing processes, resolving billing inquiries, and ensuring accurate and timely submission of claims to insurance providers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a working knowledge of medical billing procedures, and a commitment to providing excellent service to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and process patient billing information accurately and efficiently.
• Submit claims to insurance companies and follow up on unpaid or denied claims.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility.
