Cincinnati Children's is looking for a Patient Representative II to support patient access work at the Wilmington location. This role helps patients and families move through registration, scheduling, and related front-end processes with accuracy, care, and clear communication.

Work Environment

  • Wilmington location.

  • Full-time 1.0 schedule.

  • One late night per week from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and a Saturday rotation from 8:00 a.m. to noon every three weeks.

What You Will Do

  • Register and schedule patients for inpatient and outpatient services.

  • Assistpatients, families, staff, and external agencies withaccuratepatient registration, admission, and scheduling.

  • Investigate and resolve customer requests, questions, or routine problems using CCHMC policies and procedures.

  • Support revenue cycle, health information management, and regulatory needs by obtaining and enteringaccurateinformation and forms.

  • Complete and authenticate documents and questionnaires needed for regulatory compliance.

  • Support patient safety by helpingidentifythe correct patient, special needs, and isolation precautions when applicable.

  • Protect patient and family medical and financial information by following confidentiality and privacy expectations.
