As RDBU Patient Access progresses along our transformation journey this role will be a critical member of the RDBU Patient Access Technology & Operations team and will partner closely with the team Directors, the RDBU Patient Access CRM Associate Director and Patient Access teams to project manage and lead elements of execution of the Patient Access OneCRM transition and ongoing CRM capability advancement, ensuring the CRM platform supports evolving Patient Access needs. This role serves as a key integrator across Patient Access leaders, PAR, and IT to deliver a stable, scalable, and value-driven CRM ecosystem.

Patient Access Technology & OneCRM Implementation

  • Lead RDBU Patient Access project management focused on capability advancement and OneCRM transition, including planning, coordination, and deployment activities and collaborate with key partners across IT, training, compliance and analytics
  • Partner with RDBU Patient Access, IT and PAR to support requirements, build, system readiness, data migration, testing, and cutover planning.
  • In collaboration with PAR and Patient Access LT, support change management, training coordination, and post-launch stabilization.
  • Track program management operations including delivery milestones, risks, and dependencies; escalate issues as needed.
  • Support governance forums with status updates, risks, and decision points
  • Work cross functionally to align stakeholders across functions and levels of the organization
  • Manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed

CRM Capability Advancement

  • Collaboration with leadership and cross functional partners to drive enhancement and optimization of OneCRM capabilities to support Patient Access needs.
  • Translate Patient Access business requirements into clear enhancement requests & requirements
  • Prioritize & manage CRM enhancements in alignment with technology roadmap and cross functional stakeholders
  • Support deployment and change management in partnership with Patient Access leadership and training
  • Prepare materials and plan for key meetings, ensuring effective time management, and driving action items to completion
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with applicable SOPs, support discussions with appropriate functions on development of new capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Patient access experience, understanding hub and PSP process and compliance
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must have strong planning, project management, communication, and organization skills
  • Experience developing and implementing cross functional technology solutions
  • Experience managing budgets, PO request, invoices and forecasting
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, managing projects involving multiple functions and shared accountabilities
  • Flexibility to work in a fluid, fast-paced environment with multiple demands with initiative and independence required
  • Professional, proactive demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
