Speech Language Pathologist (Part time or PRN) - Senior Living Community, Rushville, Indiana
HTS is currently seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team on a part time or consistent PRN basis at our partner senior living community in Rushville, Indiana. This role offers the opportunity to provide essential speech therapy services in a supportive environment, with the flexibility to work around your schedule. Job Details:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of residents to assess speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on resident needs
- Provide speech therapy treatments and interventions to residents
- Prepare and maintain accurate progress notes, recertification documentation, and discharge summaries
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care
- Complete documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
- Discharge residents from therapy when goals are achieved or as appropriate
Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Proven experience working with senior populations preferred

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Indiana Speech Language Pathologist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam. Applicants must hold Certificate of Clinical Competence or be supervised as a Clinical Fellow prior to attaining CCCs.
