Sheehy Auto Stores seeks an energetic employee for a full-time Receptionist position, working Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. As the Receptionist, you will have the opportunity to positively impact our overall customer experience every day, serving as the representative of our dealership's first impression.   • Greet customers warmly and direct them to the appropriate department
  • Answer and route phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk/lobby area
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks (filing, scheduling, data entry)
  • Handle incoming mail and deliveries

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or higher
  • A professional appearance
  • A clean driving record & valid driver's license
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks (MVR, drug test)
