We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and professional Drug & Alcohol Collector to join our team. This is a dynamic "hybrid" role where you will serve as the primary face of our mobile testing operations, while also providing essential support within our clinic as a Testing Technician and certified IDEMIA Enrollment Agent.

The ideal candidate thrives in an environment that requires high levels of integrity, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage sensitive information with total confidentiality.

Primary Responsibilities: Mobile Drug & Alcohol Collector

  • On-Site Testing: Travel to client locations (construction sites, corporate offices, warehouses) to perform DOT and Non-DOT urine, hair, saliva, and breath alcohol tests.

  • Compliance: Maintain a strict chain of custody according to federal and state regulations to ensure the integrity of every sample.

  • Emergency/After-Hours: Participate in an on-call rotation for post-accident or reasonable suspicion testing.

  • Documentation: Accurately complete Federal Drug Testing Custody and Control Forms (CCF) and Alcohol Testing Forms (ATF).

  • IDEMIA Enrollment Agent: Process applicants for TSA PreCheck®, TWIC®, and HAZMAT endorsements. This includes verifying identity documents, capturing high-quality fingerprints, and processing payments through the IDEMIA portal.

  • Administrative Support: Manage appointment scheduling, answer phones, and maintain a clean, organized clinic environment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Previous experience in drug testing, or medical assisting is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.

  • Certifications: Current **** or BAT certifications are a plus. You must be willing to become a certified IDEMIA Enrollment Agent (requires a background check).

  • Mobility: Must have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record.

  • Professionalism: Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations (e.g., post-accident scenes).

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with tablets, fingerprinting scanners, and web-based laboratory portals.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (testing kits/equipment).

  • Ability to stand for extended periods during mobile events.

  • Must pass a rigorous background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Why Join Us?

  • Competitive pay with mileage reimbursement for mobile travel.

  • Comprehensive training and certification opportunities.

  • A diverse workday where no two days are the same.
