Job Description Job Title: Patent Agent Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Patent Agent to join our team in DC with pay around 240K. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with preparing and prosecuting patent applications, conducting patent searches, and providing technical support for patent litigation cases. The Patent Agent will work closely with inventors and attorneys to protect our intellectual property rights and ensure compliance with patent laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in drafting and filing patent applications
  • Conduct patent searches and analyze prior art
  • Collaborate with inventors and attorneys to understand inventions
  • Provide technical support for patent litigation cases
  • Ensure compliance with patent laws and regulations
Requirements:
