This role requires a strong understanding of patent law, market trends, and negotiation strategies.
What are some common challenges faced in a Patent Monetization role?
Professionals in Patent Monetization often face challenges such as accurately assessing the true market value of intellectual property, navigating complex legal and regulatory environments, and negotiating fair licensing agreements with potential partners. The work may also involve extensive cross-functional collaboration with legal, technical, and business development teams to build a solid commercialization strategy.
