Business Development Associate | East Coast (Remote)

About Passport Health
Passport Health is North America's largest travel medicine and immunization services provider, with 300+ clinics across the U.S. and Canada. We're expanding our East Coast presence and looking for a high-activity, results-driven Business Development Associate to own outbound pipeline and close new corporate, government, and organizational accounts across the region. You'll operate independently, own your territory, and have the full support of an established national brand behind you. If you're energized by cold outreach, love owning a pipeline, and want real commission upside tied directly to your performance, this role is built for you.

Compensation
  • Base salary: $60,000 โ€“ $65,000 (based on experience)
  • Commission on new account revenue
  • Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, PTO)
  • Must reside in one of the following eastern states: FL, GA, VA, SC, NC, MD, NJ, NY
What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Drive high-volume outbound prospecting via cold call, email, and LinkedIn to build and manage a strong East Coast pipeline
  • Identify and engage decision-makers across corporate, nonprofit, government, and other targeted verticals
  • Lead discovery calls, present Passport Health's services, and close new accounts
  • Transition closed accounts to the Account Management team with strong handoff documentation
  • Track all activity and pipeline data accurately in CRM
  • Meet or exceed weekly activity metrics and monthly revenue targets
  • Travel quarterly for in-person client and prospect meetings across the East Coast
What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • 3+ years of outbound sales or business development experience with a track record of closing
  • Comfortable with 50+ daily outbound touches โ€” this is a high-activity environment
  • Strong objection handling, negotiation, and follow-through
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Self-directed, metrics-driven, and genuinely motivated by commission-based growth
  • Comfortable with quarterly travel for in-person meetings across the East Coast
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred
