Passport Health - Medical Billing Specialist (Temp-Seasonal)
Passport Health is North America's leading provider of travel medicine and immunization services, operating more than 300 clinics throughout the United States and Canada. We specialize in preventive healthcare, including travel consultations, immunizations, workplace flu clinics, and immigration medical services.
As we prepare for our busy seasonal season, we're looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our Medical Billing team. This temporary opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in accuracy and organization.
Position Details
  • Location: Phoenix, AZ
  • Schedule: Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities available; Monday - Friday
  • Employment Type: Temporary / Seasonal (September-November)
  • Compensation: $20.00-$21.00 per hour, based on experience.

What You'll Do - As a Medical Billing Specialist, you'll support the day-to-day operations of our Medical Billing department by:
  • Accurately post patient charges into billing systems
  • Post payments and reconcile billing transactions
  • Scan, organize, and maintain medical and billing documentation
  • Track, organize, and securely dispose of event paperwork
  • Maintain accurate records while ensuring patient confidentiality
  • Assist with additional billing and administrative projects as needed
