Job Details


Responsible for providing outstanding customer service in passenger services related activities, baggage acceptance, passenger documentation, system actualization, proper air fare and excess baggage charges.

Previous experience is a plus.

Good Customer service and excellent communicator.

High School or GED achieved, higher education is a plus.

ENGLISH SPEAKER REQUIRED


Requirements:
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • US Citizen or US Legal Resident.
  • TSA Security Clearance
  • CBP clearance.
  • Write & Speak English.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

  • Computerized check-in passengers for international and domestic travel.
  • Verify documentation for international and domestic flights
  • Ensure correct boarding passes are provided to each passenger for the assigned flight.
  • Verify ticket and seat reservations. Match manifest to on board count.
  • Assist with various governmental agency requirements.
  • Connect and disconnect jet way/stairs as necessary. Maintain liaison with airlines and customer representatives and ground handlers.
  • Announce arrivals and departures as necessary. Maintain current knowledge of all flight times during shift. Provide information to customers.
  • Assist with baggage tagging and claim reports.
  • Close and transfer the flight information.
  • Make all sales reports.
  • Able to lift or manipulate 70 pounds or less.
  • Report to work on time.
  • Able to work under stress.
  • Flexible Schedule (Holidays /Weekend work).
  • Computer oriented (Word, Excel, Power Point) Shares System, or Amadeus is a plus.
  • Fast learner.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Pass all training test.
  • Work as a part of a Team.
