The Paskin Group in Santa Barbara, CA is seeking a highly organized and proactive part-time Office Administrator to support our team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This hybrid role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage a variety of tasks with efficiency and attention to detail.

This position offers a competitive wage of $25-30 per hour and part-time hours of 20-25 hours per week.


A reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance are required. Mileage reimbursement is provided for work-related errands.

Requirements:

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

As an Office Administrator, you are a proactive, detail-oriented professional who helps ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our office. You bring strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and a collaborative mindset to support our team and maintain a productive work environment. Under the direction of the leadership team, your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Santa Barbara corporate team
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of common office areas, conference rooms, and supply storage; ensuring adequate stock of essential office supplies
  • Answering, screening, and directing incoming calls, mail, and general inquiries
  • Greeting and directing visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Preparing and editing business correspondence, emails, forms, reports, and other documents
  • Assisting with management of shared company calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating internal events
  • Serving as our Investor Relations liaison, maintaining detailed records of investor correspondence and gifts, employee gifts, and any additional branded item distribution
  • Assisting with special projects, research, and administrative initiatives as requested by the leadership team
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for company employees and company events as needed
  • Running errands as needed
  • Managing relationships with office vendors, coordinating deliveries, and scheduling facility maintenance
  • Supporting general office operations and performing other duties as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

WORK SCHEDULE FOR AN OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

This office administrator position works a schedule of 20-25 hours Monday through Friday, determined with the CEO.
