As a licensed Texas Health and Human Services (HHS) Personal Assistance Services (PAS) agency, we are committed to delivering exceptional non-medical care while ensuring quality, compliance, and outstanding customer service.
Position Overview
The PRN RN will provide nursing oversight and support on an as-needed basis, including client assessments, supervisory visits, caregiver education, care planning, and clinical consultation to ensure our clients receive safe, high-quality care.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct nursing assessments and supervisory visits.
  • Develop and update individualized service plans.
  • Monitor client health status and communicate changes appropriately.
  • Educate and support caregivers on client-specific care needs.
  • Assist with quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation.
  • Participate in incident investigations and clinical consultations.
  • Support agency compliance with Texas HHS regulations and agency policies.
Qualifications
  • Current, unrestricted Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Minimum of one year of nursing experience (home care, hospice, or geriatrics preferred).
  • Excellent assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Texas PAS regulations is a plus.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Reliable transportation, valid Texas driver's license, and current auto insurance.
