Do you love making people smile and being the life of the party? Apex Entertainment is looking for enthusiastic, energetic Party Hosts to lead unforgettable birthday celebrations and group events! If you're passionate about creating fun, engaging experiences for guests of all ages - we want you on our team.


Position Overview:

As a Party Host, you'll play a key role in bringing joy, excitement, and energy to every celebration. From setting up festive party rooms to coordinating activities and making every guest feel special, you'll be the heart of the party and the reason guests return for more fun.


Key Responsibilities:

Party Prep

  • Set up party rooms with supplies, decorations, and a festive atmosphere

  • Welcome birthday families and guests with enthusiasm and warmth

  • Escort the party group to their designated space and explain what to expect

  • Keep children engaged with fun activities while waiting for other guests to arrive

Party Execution

  • Review the party itinerary with the parent or guardian to ensure a smooth event

  • Personalize the party experience with special requests or themed details

  • Coordinate food, drinks, and cake service at the right moments

  • Maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the celebration

  • Engage with guests of all ages, creating a fun and friendly vibe

  • Keep the party running on time and help guide transitions between activities

After-Party Wrap-Up

  • Assist guests with gathering belongings and packing up gifts

  • Thank guests warmly and invite them back for more Apex fun

  • Reset and clean the party room, ensuring it's ready for the next celebration

What We're Looking For:
  • A positive, outgoing personality with a love for bringing joy to others

  • Must be at least 16 years old

  • Ability to be on your feet and active for 4-10 hours

  • Experience in events, customer service, or hospitality is a plus

  • Flexible availability, especially weekends.

  • Comfortable working with kids and guests of all ages

  • Basic knowledge of POS systems is helpful but not required
