In this hands-on role, you'll support critical operations across oilfield, construction, and industrial environments by diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of equipment. What You'll Do
  • Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on rental equipment in the shop
  • Install, service, and repair a variety of equipment, including gas and diesel-powered machinery, HVAC systems, generators, and light towers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
  • Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and document findings
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, and mechanical drawings
  • Maintain accurate service records using mobile and digital reporting tools
  • Provide professional customer support, including training customers on proper equipment operation and maintenance
  • Collaborate with teammates and escalate complex technical issues when necessary
  • Follow all company and customer safety policies and procedures

Schedule
  • Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years of field service technician experience in oilfield, construction, heavy equipment, or industrial environments
  • Personal set of technician tools
  • Proven experience troubleshooting and repairing gas, diesel, HVAC, hydraulic, electrical, and lighting systems
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with experience supporting a diverse equipment fleet
  • Ability to work safely in physically demanding environments and varying weather conditions
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic information
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly and professionally
  • CDL preferred but not required
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR required)
  • Must be at least 21 years of age

Physical Demands:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to walk, bend, lift, push, pull, and reach throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times per shift
