Responsibilities
  • Management of assigned international and US Insurance portfolios
  • Development of portfolio strategies
  • Monitoring portfolio metrics
  • Managing liquidity, credit, interest rate risks
  • Implementing purchase and sale programs
  • Allocating investments
  • Lead third party manager oversight and due diligence
  • Develop and maintain a standardized due diligence framework, questionnaires, and scoring methodology
  • Conduct initial and periodic onsite/virtual due diligence meetings with managers
  • Monitor performance monitoring, compliance, strategy, organizational changes
  • Make recommendations to hire and terminate managers
  • Create dashboards and reports for senior management
  • Serve a main Liaison with all third party managers for day to day activities
Requirements
  • BA/BS in finance or business
  • CFA or ASA or FSA required
  • Minimum of 5 years of investment experience
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills
  • Ability to accommodate limited travel (up to 10%)
  • Flexibility to participate in calls after normal business hours with international customers
