Teacher Aide

The Teacher Aide plays an important role in supporting the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children.

This role includes:

  • Assisting with classroom activities and daily routines

  • Supervising and engaging with children to support their growth and learning

  • Preparing and organizing classroom materials

  • Helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

The Teacher’s Aide is a valued member of the teaching team and contributes to the overall success of the classroom by fostering positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
